Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the “Agreement”).

DELIVERY

NOTE: Please allow 1-2 weeks delivery. UPS delivery has seen increasingly high volume around the country.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated through USPS calculator. International orders are shipped via USPS Expedited Service and all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the retail cost of your order directly on your package.  

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Most products displayed at the Site are available in select stores in the United States and select foreign markets while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available in stores. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

RETURNS & RE-STOCKING FEES

All Sales Are Final. Size swaps can be made before items are processed and shipped.

If no size remains, customer can receive a store credit in the amount of goods paid for.

If order is processed and mailed before the customer notifies, the transaction is final.
